Today I added several instrument documents to the website for download.  These included:
  1. The 1893 US Weather Bureau publication "Instructions for Use of the Rain-Gauge"
  2. The 1913 US Weather Bureau publication "Measurement of Precipitation" by Charles F Marvin.
  3. A later 1922 edition of this USWB publication by Benjamin Kadel.  See the new Rain Guage Document webpage.
