This Model G222 Marine Microbarograph was made by The Instruments Corporation, which appears to have some relationship with Belfort Instruments.  It has a Belfort spring-driven 7 day clock in it.  The address on the plaque has a postal zone number, which should mean it is older than 1963.

G222 is actually the US Weather Bureau specification that it was built to.  Belfort sells an updated version of this model as Model 5-800AM-1.  I use it with Belfort chart 5-1071.  As you can see, the case is removed entirely for chart changing, and is sealed to the base for watertight shipboard use.
