I don't know when this Lufft precision barometer​ was made but it seems to be fairly new from it's condition.  I recently received it from Bulgaria and it seems to be working very well.  The dial face is about 4.75 inches in diameter and it's just over 2 inches deep.  The scale is in mm Hg, which is also called Torr.
