This Tycos 1322 sling psychrometer is shown in the 1950s Taylor catalog, an example where the Tycos logo was used after 1932.  This is probably because the Tycos logo is molded into the heavy aluminum psychrometer frame and it was too expensive to revise it.  The model 1322 is shown as early as in the 1919 Tycos catalog, but there the thermometers have a different range and the handle linkage is different.  This model has 12 inch thermometers with a range of 20 F to 120 F.  It came with a copper protective cover, as shown.
