This is a Wempe marine barometer in my instrument collection. I bought it new in 1979 in Montreal. The dial face is about 4 inches in diameter while the base is about 5.75 inches in diameter. It appears similar to the Pirat model currently on the Wempe website, but is twice as heavy at 1.2 lb. It's in good working condition.
