IMAPP was created by a group of meteorological artifact collectors to create a central catalog of the many weather collections, large and small, located around the world.  Collectors are encouraged to register their artifacts to promote their preservation and to document the history of meteorology.  More information may be found at the IMAPP website, theimapp.org.
