​This barograph was made in the former Soviet Union at the Riga Hydrometeorological Instrument Plant in 1952.  This was part of the Gidrometpribor Scientific Production Association, founded in 1942.  The city of Riga and the factory are now in Latvia, an independent country.  It was reportedly used in a marine application.  I acquired it in Poland.

It's 11.375 inches wide and the chart drum has a diameter of 3.75 inches.  The clock ticks but I haven't tested it.
