USS Tullibee
This is a barometer made for the US Navy by Taylor Instruments. There is a sticker on its dial face that says "SSN 597 Barometer No 1". SSN 597 was the nuclear submarine USS Tullibee. The Tullibee was an experimental attack submarine that was the only member of its class. It was launched in 1960 and scrapped in 1995.
There is a brass plaque on the back of the barometer with a contract date of 1967. The Tullibee was overhauled at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Maine from 1965 to 1968, and the barometer was apparently installed during this overhaul. The plaque also says it is type number SK 12509.

The dial face is about 4.75 inches in diameter, while the base has an overall diameter of 6.75 inches. It's not shown in any of my Taylor catalogs, which tend to be limited to consumer products.
