Weather Measure/Weathertronics
The original 'Weather Measure' line of meteorological instruments were imported from Japan and sold through the Environmental Sciences division of Aerojet General Corporation in Sacramento, California in 1965.
Weather Measure was purchased from Aerojet by three employees in 1968. The company was sold to KMS Industries of Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1970 and repurchased then resold to Systron-Donner Corporation of Concord, California in 1973.
In 1978/79 some employees left Weather Measure and formed Weathertronics Corporation.
In 1990 the company became a wholly owned subsidiary of Dynatech Corporation and the name was changed to Qualimetrics, Inc.
In 2002 the name was changed to All Weather, Inc.
