Dietzgen
Dietzgen Factory, Chicago 1931
Eugene Dietzgen founded the Eugene Dietzgen Drafting Company in Chicago in November 1885. They supplied drafting equipment and surveying instruments, including some barometers, anemometers and other meteorological equipment. They are still in business as a supplier of printing media, though no longer in Chicago. The Chicago factory building still stands as part of DePaul University.
