This model 2362 hygrograph was made by Short & Mason of England.  It was marketed in the USA by Taylor Instruments.  It is shown in the 1961 and 1968 Taylor catalogs available on this website and probably dates from the 1960s.  I'm using a Metcheck 3/W/999/X chart on it. It works well.
