This is a US Weather Bureau Psychrometric Calculator made by G Felsentahal & Sons, Inc. in Chicago.  It allows conversion between wet bulb temperature, dew point temperature, and relative humidity and is specifically for a barometric pressure of 29 in Hg.  The front side is for the high temperature range and the back side is for low temperatures.  All values are with respect to liquid water.
