This Taylor 1323 sling psychrometer was listed in the 1919 Tycos industrial instrument catalog (with the Tycos logo, of course) and continued to be sold in the 1961 Taylor catalog, both of which are available on this website.  It has 5 inch thermometers ranging from 20 F to 120 F and came with a metal-reinforced leather case.
