This CENCO 76871 Barometer is shown in the 1950 CENCO catalog.  Based on the dial design it appears to have been manufactured by Swift & Anderson, barometers in the 1949 S&A catalog have the same face.  It has a 2.75 inch dial face and has scales in inches and centimeters of mercury.
