This mercury-filled ML-7 Thermometer was made for the Signal Corps of the US Army.  The manufacturer is unknown.  The tube is 10.5 inches long and the scale ranges from -35 to 125 Fahrenheit.  It's listed in US Army Operator and Organizational Maintenance Manual TM 11-6660-222-12 from November 1968, which I don't have a complete copy of.
