I don't have a date for this Lilley & Gillie marine barometer, but I suspect the 1980s.  It says 'Made in England' so I don't believe it was made by Observator.  The owners of Observator also owned Lilley & Gillie at that time.  The dial face is about 5.75 inches in diameter.
