This barometer was made by Naudet of France.  I call it a marine barometer because I bought it from the ship breakers in India, but it doesn't have any means of wall mounting.  I don't know the manufacturing date, I would guess the 1980s.  The dial face is about 4.25 inches in diameter, with mirrored scales in mm Hg and millibars.  It works great.
