WEksler US Army ML-24 Sling Psychrometer

This is a ML-24 sling psychrometer made by the Weksler Thermometer Corp for the US Army Signal Corps.  It is shown in the 1958 Weksler catalog (available on this website) as Model 315, "Weather Bureau Type".  It has two 9.5 inch mercury thermometers.
