The logo at the top of the dial of this barometer reads 'GMP' in the Russian alphabet. I assume this stands for Gidrometpribor, which means hydrometeorology instrument. It was made in 1957 in the USSR, presumably by the Gidrometpribor Scientific Production Association, which was the state-owned producer of meteorological instruments.  They had several production facilities, and I don't know which facility this was produced at. The scale is in cm Hg and it works pretty well. The dial face is about 4.75 inches in diameter, and it's about 3 inches deep. No obvious means of wall mounting, I assume this was a laboratory instrument.  It is working well.
