My Lambrecht 1521 Evaporation Recorder measures accumulated pan evaporation by weighing the water-filled pan at the top of the instrument.  The chart drum clock has a 24-hour movement.  It's shown in the 1986 Lambrecht catalog available on this website.  I have one used chart, if anyone has a blank one please send me a PDF or JPG copy.
