This MB-4 Assmann psychrometer was part of a Soviet Army Mark 2 manual weather set.  From the inscription it's apparently a 1952 design but was manufactured in 1975.  The thermometers range from -30C to 50C.  They're a 1969 design manufactured in 1975.  The spring drive works well.  It included a plastic case with spare wicks and a bracket for hanging the psychrometer.  It's shown in the Soviet Trade Exhibition Catalog available on this website.
