​This US Army Signal Corps ML-102-D barometer is dated 1944 by the contract number.  Very different from the ML-102-E, also on this website, manufactured by Bendix.  The dial face is about 5.5 inches in diameter, and the scale is in millibars.  It works very well, a quality instrument.
