This is a Model 10 Mountain Barometer made by the Henry J Green Company in Brooklyn, New York, USA. It is non-functioning, it doesn't have mercury in it. The scale is in inHg and is divided into twentieths of an inch, so the vernier scales could be read to 1/500th of an inch. The two vernier scales (moved by the same knob) extend from 32.8 inHg down to 13.9 inHg, so it could be used to elevations of approximately 18,000 feet. The mercury thermometer ranges from -6 to 132 degrees Fahrenheit.

​It is shown in the circa 1915 Henry J Green catalog found elsewhere on this website, but I suspect it dates from 1885 - 1890. The logo says Henry J Green, which was used after 1885, and it says NY (New York). Henry J Green moved from New York to Brooklyn (then a separate city) in 1890, and later instruments said 'Brooklyn'.
