This is an elaborate psychrometric slide rule produced by Hunter Associates of England.  Using wet bulb and dry bulb temperatures, it calculates the relative humidity, dew point, specific humidity, and latent heat, with respect to liquid water or ice.  It's specific to standard atmospheric pressure.  It is of heavy plastic construction and is about 7.5 inches in diameter.
